No. The goal is to find the right home for you, not to push a property. Through the RE/MAX network, it is sometimes possible to see homes before they hit the portals.

How do you know if the price is fair?

With a micro-area analysis based on official OMI data from the Italian Revenue Agency and the property's real characteristics, not listing prices.

Can I buy before selling my current home?

Yes, and it is a common situation. It needs to be planned with the right timing and numbers: we discuss it in the initial analysis.
